What We Do

And Why It Matters...

Pipe welding is the specialized process of joining pipes together using heat, filler materials, and precise welding techniques. It’s critical for pipelines, refineries, water systems, construction, and manufacturing. Unlike simple fabrication, pipe welding must meet strict safety codes and handle pressure, corrosion, and constant use.

Why Choose Us?

  • Fabrication + install under one roof—no finger-pointing between trades

  • Heavy-duty hardware—proper hinges, posts, footings, and bracing (no flimsy kits)

  • Weather & wear ready—right coatings, drainage, and ground clearance

  • Code & safety minded—UL 325/ASTM F2200 practices for automated systems

  • Service after install—adjustments, seasonal tune-ups, and repairs

Got Questions?

Lets Walk Through Them Together.

Do you build both steel and aluminum gates?

Yes. We fabricate in steel or aluminum and match the right material to your site, style, and corrosion needs.

Can you automate an existing gate?

Often, yes. We inspect hinges, posts, and frame first, then size the correct operator and add safety devices to meet UL 325.

What finishes do you offer?

Hot-dip galvanizing, powder coat, or zinc-rich primer with industrial enamel. We’ll recommend the best option for your environment.

Do you offer mobile or on-site pipe welding?

Yes, we’re fully mobile and can come directly to your job site, plant, or facility.

Do you provide security features like keypad or intercom?

Yes. We install keypads, card/fob readers, intercom/video call boxes, and app-based access with logs.

What’s the lead time?

Typical lead times run 2–6 weeks depending on design, finish, and automation. Rush repairs are prioritized.

Do you service and repair gates you didn’t install?

Yes. We repair hinges, operators, sensors, rollers, posts, and damaged panels on most systems.

What areas do you serve?

We service The Houston Area. For larger projects outside the area, call to confirm.
